Total Time by Employee This function allows to create a list of the employees and for each of them: worked time, overtime, time off and other totalizers that can change depending on selected report format. Procedure 1) Click on the Other Reports command 2) Select the Start Date 3) Select the End Date 4) Click on the Total time by employee command 5) Click on All groups or on This group only and select the group in the list 6) Select the Format 7) Click on the Print command 8) Wait the calculations finish and then you will see a window like this: This window shows these commands: Print Report: print all pages Print Page: print the current page The report preview can be moved by using the mouse cursor. |
