3.4.1) Catalogue of spare parts Each damage can generate automatically deduct in the inventory of a list of spare parts . To program the spare parts and the amount to deduct for that damage , it is necessary that parts be previously registered in the Catalogue of spare parts. This catalogue indicates that vehicles and machines applies each spare Procedure to register a replacement in the catalogue: 1) Click on Maintenance 2) Click on Catalogue of spare parts 3) Click on New spare part 4) Input the Name of the spare part 5) Input the quantity in Inventory. (Optional) 6) Input the Cost. (Optional) 7) Click on the Add command and select the vehicle or machine which the part is Applicable 8) Repaet step 7) until load all vehicles and machines the part apply 9) All other fields are optional 10) Click on Save
