ISA E-Marketing 4.0 - User's Guide 3.4) Export emails to TXT format The software ISA E-Markting allows you to export the emails to TXT format, segmented by country. This process allows filtering the emails to exclude those detected as expired or those from domains with many users (Tolerance per domain), with the following procedure: PROCEDURE TO EXPORT EMAILS TO TXT FORMAT TXT 1) Execute the program ISA E-Marketing 4 2) Click on User Databases  3) Select the ISA Searching Database file C:\ISA E-Marketing\ISAHarvest_ZA_Bing.mdb We are going to use the "South Africa harvesting on Bing sample" that is available for download on this link: ISAHarvest_ZA_Bing_www.zip You can find other searcing databases samples on this webpage: 4) Click on Open 5) Click on Export 6) Click on Export emails from a country to TXT format  7) Select or write the country, for example SOUTH AFRICA 8) The name of the default TXT file is C:/ISA E-Marketing/ export.txt . To change the name click on File TXT and select the file 9) Select the Tolerance per domain , that is, the maximum number of emails per domain. To include all emails leave blank 10) To export only the emails that were not detected as expired, check the option Opt-In 3  11) Click on Export  12) Wait until exportation process ends  13) Click on Close DELETE ALL RECORDS IN THE DATABASE TO CONTINUE HARVESTING IN A NEW CLEAN DATABASE 14) Click on Options 15) Click on Delete all records  |
