ISA E-Marketing 4.0 - User's Guide

4.3) Sending massive email marketing in BASE 0 (first delivery)

The sending algorithms that ISA E-Marketing uses are called "Algorithmic Base" or simply "Base" and are applied to each campaign individually. The sending algorithmic bases are divided into 5 types:

Base 0

First sending. Emails will be sent only to those contacts who have never received a campaign newsletter

Base 1

At least one sending has already been made. Allows you to select the maximum number of sendings and the minimum number of days between one sending and another

Base C

Base U

The newsletter is sent exclusively to the emails of those who have already purchased, that is, they are "Positive" who have already made a commercial registration, have selected the value User as the status of that campaign

Base R

The newsletter is sent exclusively to the emails of those registered as having the value Reseller selected as the status of that campaign.
