ISA E-Marketing 4.0 - User's Guide 4.1) Create an AE Process (Auto Email) An AE Process is an automatic process of sending emails, with all the predefined parameters, which can be programmed for these procedures: Massive email marketing in BASE 0 (first sending) Massive email marketing in BASE 1 (repeat sending) REMARKETING sending in BASE C (newsletter for interested) REMARKETING sending in BASE U (newsleter for users) REMARKETING sending in BASE R (newsleter for resellers) Manual REMARKETING sending Pre-programmed manual response, individually in each contact file PROCEDURE TO CREATE AN AE PROCESS 1) Click on Processes  2) Click on AE Processes (Auto E-mail)  3) Click on New  4) Enter the AE-Process Name 5) Select the Exclusive Campaign 6) Enter the Country 7) Enter the Nro (Optional) 8) Enter the Subject 9) Enter 200 in Emails per batch 10) Enter 60 in Interval between lots 11) Enter 3 in Maximum attempts 12) Enter 7 in Interval between attempts  13) Select the Sending Parameters . In this example we will use the send type HTML via fixed SMTP . Click here to see other Sending Types of AE Processes 14) Enter the Sender name 15) Enter the Sender email 16) Enter the SMTP server parameters: SMTP Server SMTP UserName SMTP Password SMTP Port SSL 17) Leave the other parameters with the default values  18) Click on Body Composition 19) Select the file HTML with the body of HTML art for the body of the email. 20) Mark Suppress images download to indicate that the images included in the HTML are loaded on a server and by reference. If you do not check this option, the images will be embedded in the email, making it heavier and with a slower sending  21) Click on Save changes 22) Select the campaign in Exclusive Campaign to make the newly created AE Process visible
